Christopher Emerzidis has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Christopher started their career at Datacom as a Customer Service Representative and later served as a Contract Administrator/Technical Lead. Christopher then worked at KAZ as a Service Desk Analyst and later as a Service Desk Team Leader. Christopher then joined Fujitsu, where they served as a Service Desk Manager and later as a Transition & Process Manager.

After that, Christopher worked at Perpetual Limited as a Service Delivery Manager, focusing on Technology and Business processes. Christopher helped define and configure ITIL disciplines and worked with third-party vendors and partners to achieve desired results.

Following their time at Perpetual, Christopher joined Woolworths Group as the Head of Service Delivery for WooliesX. Christopher led and inspired infrastructure and application support teams, ensuring operational customer data platforms and seamless integrations between systems. Christopher also provided guidance and training to stakeholders and assessed and streamlined technology services.

Currently, Christopher is the General Manager of Service Delivery & Technology Operations at Concentrix Tigerspike (now Concentrix Catalyst). Christopher is responsible for building, growing, and leading a high-performing Managed Services business. Christopher oversees service management processes, leads the security and compliance function, and manages software and hardware platforms. Christopher also acts as a product owner for internal technology projects and ensures service excellence for customers.

Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated strong leadership, attained partnerships with major cloud providers, and exhibited financial management skills.

Christopher Emerzidis completed a Cert IV in Frontline Management with a focus on Information Technology at the Australian College of Commerce & Management in 2010. In 2002, they obtained a Diploma in Systems Administration in I.T from Martin College. Prior to that, their education history indicates attendance at Endeavour Sports High School, although specific details about a degree or field of study are not provided.
