Francis Hoey

Fran Hoey holds the role of Chief Strategy Officer / Client Sector Director at Tighe & Bond. Tasked with overseeing the team of client sector leaders, Fran is responsible for market research, acquisitions, new service offerings, and strategic planning. Committed to the success of his clients, he brings more than 30 years of experience to the civil engineering group. Fran has specialized expertise in structural and geotechnical engineering and holds professional registrations in two disciplines, civil and structural. He also is a strong advocate of low-impact and sustainable design.

In addition to sitting on Tighe & Bond’s Board of Directors, Fran is also a Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee for the Board of Directors of the Environmental Business Council (EBC) of New England. He has served as Commissioner of Holyoke Gas & Electric for nearly two decades and is currently Chairman of the Board.
