Dr. Srinivasan Vaidyanathan, Ph.D.,

Dr. Srinivasan Vaidyanathan, Ph.D. has worked in various roles across multiple companies. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Delivery Officer of Tigma Technologies, Inc. In 2019, they served as a Consultant. From 2012 to 2010, they were a Delivery Partner at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Capgemini, respectively. From 1996 to 2012, they were a Senior Delivery Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions. During their roles, they successfully delivered revenue portfolios, set up and ran ODCs, implemented large transformation programs, worked on pre-sales in winning multi-million dollar engagements, set up complex heterogeneous environments, industrialized standards and processes, and monitored projects for on-time delivery and within budgets.

Dr. Srinivasan Vaidyanathan holds a MS in Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, an EMBA in Marketing from Kuvempu University, a B.Sc in Physics from Bharathidasan University, and a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Knowledge Management from Vellore Institute of Technology. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Agile at Work: Reporting with Agile Charts and Boards from LinkedIn in February 2020.
