Noah Rubin

Chapter President @ Upenn at TOM Tikkun Olam Makers

Noah Rubin has a diverse work experience. Noah has served as the TOM Global Fellow and VP Internal at TOM Tikkun Olam Makers, where they recruited and communicated with members, created partnerships, and arranged guest speakers. Additionally, they were the Vice President of Operations at Penn Aerial Robotics, where they led meetings, scheduled events, and worked on logistics. Noah also worked as a Mechanical Team Member, building control parts for VTOL Drones. Noah was a Prospective Student Ambassador for the Jerome Fisher M&T Program, where they spoke with prospective applicants and assisted with the talent search. Moreover, they were a Project Manager at the Galápagos Education and Research Alliance, working on research projects and providing services to local businesses. Noah is also the founder and former CEO of canCode, a mentor at the organization. Noah served as Copresident of PIPAC (Penn Israel Public Affairs Committee) and was the Webmaster for Shalom South Florida, updating the website regularly. Noah was a Project Lead at FAU College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Noah Rubin completed their high school education at Donna Klein Jewish Academy from 2017 to 2021, earning a high school diploma. Noah then went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania from 2021 to 2025, where they pursued a dual degree. Noah obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Science. Additionally, Noah also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
