Elena Gracheva

Elena Gracheva is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Russia and Central Asia at Tikkurila since June 2021. Prior to this role, Elena accumulated extensive experience at Pfizer from November 2006 to May 2021, where responsibilities included HR Lead for multiple countries, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Lead. Additional experience includes HR Development at Nestle, CIS Learning & Development Coordination at Deloitte, and various roles at the World Bank Group and TACIS. Elena holds a Global Professional in Human Resources certification and has advanced degrees in Human Resources and Linguistics from Russian universities.
