Jaydeep Sampat

Jaydeep Sampat has extensive work experience in the technology and network operations field. Jaydeep started their career in 1995 as a Sr. Customer Support Engineer at Genesis Datacomp Pvt. Ltd. Jaydeep then worked at Rolta India Limited as an Executive-Member Service, where they were involved in implementing the ISP network for the company. In 2000, they joined Hughes Tele.com Ltd. as an AM-Network Design in the CTO Office.

In 2002, Jaydeep joined Sify Technologies Limited, where they held various roles including Network Operations Manager, Regional Manager (West) in the Network Support Group, DGM - Technology, and General Manager - Global Infrastructure Operations (Networks).

In 2008, they joined Tikona as Vice President & Head - Network and Network Operations Center. Jaydeep later became the Senior Vice President - Network and played a key role in rolling out the world's largest outdoor Wi-Fi network and the first fixed broadband network using LTE technology. Jaydeep was also responsible for the design and implementation of the end-to-end network and OSS/BSS infrastructure. Additionally, they designed and implemented processes and procedures for service delivery and service assurance.

In 2016, Jaydeep became the Chief Technology Officer at Tikona, where they continue to contribute their expertise in network operations.

Jaydeep Sampat completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a specialization in Operations at Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued Industrial Electronics at the Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, from 1990 to 1994. Jaydeep's education journey began at Vivek Vidyalaya High School, where they completed their high school education between 1983 and 1990.
