Seth Melnick

Seth Melnick is the Head of User Operations at TikTok. He joined TikTok in July of 2019.

Previously, Seth spent nearly 5 years at Lyft, where he most recently served as Senior Manager, Growth, working to build and scale their incentive programs nationally, including building growing and maintaining the new way drivers are paid. During his time at Lyft he also served as a Senior Operations Manager and NYC Market Manager.

Seth has served as AVP, Product, Markit Registry at IHS Markit and as an Analyst at the NYC Taxi and Limousine Commission.

Seth earned his BA from Columbia University in 2009.
