Human Resources Manager at Til Valhalla Project

Crystal Shaffer has held a variety of roles in multiple companies since 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Lead Licensed Massage Therapist at Physicians Medical Center, an Instructor at Heritage Institute, a Sales Assistant at Paige Electric Co. - Agwire, and a VP Programs at Loretto Elementary School PTA. In 2010, they also held a temporary Management Support Clerk role at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-FHEO. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Regional Administrative Assistant at DBi Services and a Clinical Registration Manager and Office Manager at River Region Human Services, Inc. During this time, they were also a Co-Founder at AllThingsLovable.com. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Manager and General Manager at Til Valhalla Project, where they established an HR department, implemented two HRIS/HRMS Technologies, and developed hiring and recruitment policies.

Crystal Shaffer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013. From 2000 to 2001, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from SouthEastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy. In March 2021, they obtained a Human Resources Professional Certification from UNITED FACULTY OF FLORIDA FLORIDA STATE COLLEGE AT JACKSONVILLE. In August 2022, they obtained a Notary Public certification from Notary Public for the State of Florida.
