Martyn Smith

Martyn Smith BSc(Hons) MRICS ACIArb currently serves as Group Commercial Director at Tilbury Douglas since January 2023. Previously, Martyn held the position of Commercial Director at Ferrovial, leading the commercial function for Ferrovial Construction in the UK from June 2020 to January 2023. Martyn has extensive experience in commercial leadership roles, including ownership at MJS Consult, Commercial Director across various divisions at Kier Group and Costain, and Regional Director at VINCI Construction UK. Early career experience includes associate partnership at EC Harris and quantity surveying at Tarmac Construction.
