Richard Williams

Richard Williams is a seasoned design management professional with extensive experience in leading public sector projects across education, healthcare, and governmental sectors. Currently serving as a Regional Design Manager and previously as a Senior Design Manager at Tilbury Douglas, Richard has successfully managed all phases of construction, from bidding to onsite delivery. Prior experience includes significant roles at Balfour Beatty plc, overseeing high-profile projects such as the £160m 60 Curzon Street scheme and the £40m Bobby Moore Academy. Richard began their career at Taylor Woodrow and has developed expertise through various design management roles, underpinned by a degree in Architectural Engineering and Design Management from Loughborough University.
