Bella Nguyen M.ed, M.s.ed

Bella Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bella currently serves as the Technical Training Manager at the Tillamook County Creamery Association since February 2021. Prior to this, Bella was the Assistant Manager of Training at TriMet from July 2017 to February 2021.

Bella also has previous experience as a Training Manager at REMPREX, LLC from 2015 to 2017, and as a Training and Development Specialist at Harris and Harris in 2015.

Bella's earlier roles include being a Corporate Trainer at First Centennial Mortgage Corporation from March 2014 to November 2014, an Academic Advisor at DeVry University from September 2011 to March 2014, an Educational Director at Safari Childcare from 2010 to 2011, and an Education Facilitator at Clearbrook from January 2009 to June 2010.

Throughout their career, Bella has demonstrated their ability to train and develop individuals, oversee staff and operations, and establish meaningful relationships with various stakeholders.

Bella Nguyen, M.Ed, M.S.Ed, has an extensive education history. Bella obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from North Central College, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following their undergraduate studies, Bella pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed) degree at National Louis University, specializing in Education, from 2010 to 2011. Continuing their academic journey, they then attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Educational Technology and Leadership from 2011 to 2013. Bella Nguyen is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Capitol Management at Bellevue University, with an expected graduation year of 2025.
