David Damiano has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. David started their career as a Lead Engineer at Boeing, where they supervised a team responsible for testing and verifying function of critical flight control embedded software systems. David then moved on to Dayco Products as a Process Engineer, where they designed and implemented automated process control systems.

David's next role was with Johnson Matthey Electronics as a Quality & Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for quality systems, supplier scorecard reporting, and process and manufacturing engineering. David then joined Avista Labs as an Operations Manager, where they developed and implemented manufacturing processes and capabilities for a start-up subsidiary.

After Avista Labs, David worked at Telect as a Plant/Operations Manager, responsible for a manufacturing plant producing fiber optic and integrated systems. David then joined TechHelp (University of Idaho) as a Senior Consultant, where they were responsible for client development and direct consulting activities in the North Idaho region.

David's next role was at Litehouse Foods Inc., where they served as a Continuous Improvement Manager and led the corporate-wide lean manufacturing initiative. David then joined Tillamook County Creamery Association as a Technical Manager, overseeing plant engineering, maintenance, wastewater treatment, and capital improvement functions. David currently holds the position of Senior Sourcing Manager at Tillamook, where they are responsible for identifying, sourcing, and managing strategic business relationships with major suppliers and co-manufacturing partners.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in various areas such as lean manufacturing, process improvement, and developing manufacturing processes and capabilities. David has also gained experience in team management, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.

David Damiano earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Washington State University, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
