Matthew Carpenter

Matthew Carpenter, PMP has over 14 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Matthew is currently working as a Project Manager in Omnichannel Shopper Marketing at Tillamook County Creamery Association since May 2023. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager in the Project Management Office at Cooler Screens Inc. from December 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they served as a Retail Partnership Manager-Project Manager at Cooler Screens Inc. from June 2022 to December 2022.

Matthew also has experience in the beverage industry, where they worked at Lagunitas Brewing Company in multiple roles. Matthew was the National Customer Marketing Manager-Off-Premise from November 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Events Manager from January 2020 to November 2021. Matthew also served as a Regional Marketing Manager in the West region from October 2018 to January 2020 and in the Northwest region from May 2017 to October 2018. Matthew started their career at Lagunitas Brewing Company as a Northwest Event Coordinator from May 2014 to May 2017.

Earlier in their career, Matthew gained experience in business development as a Business Development Representative at Horizon Distributors, Inc. from June 2012 to May 2014. Matthew also worked as a Manager in Training at POOLCORP from January 2012 to June 2012. Matthew Carpenter, PMP, received their education from California State University, Chico, where they pursued a degree in Business Management from 2007 to 2011. During their time at the university, they focused on Project Management, International Business, and Spanish. In 2010, Matthew also studied at the Universitat d'Alacant, where they further advanced their knowledge in the field of Spanish.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew Carpenter obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2023. This certification reflects their expertise and proficiency in project management.
