Doug Kugler

Doug Kugler has a strong background in product management, platform services, and solutions architecture. Doug is currently serving as the Sr. Director Product, Platform Services at Tillster, where they oversee platform services and on-premise solutions for SMB and Enterprise customers. Doug leads improvements for internal and external-facing interfaces and APIs.

Previously, Doug held various leadership roles at Appetize - Now Part of SpotOn, including VP of Product, Platform, where they drove product vision and strategy for platform services, APIs, and integrations. Doug also served as the VP of Solutions Architecture, responsible for developing strategic and tactical solutions to enable explosive growth. Additionally, Doug was the VP of Product and Director of Product at Appetize, where they managed product teams and led large-scale projects for point of sale, kiosk, online ordering, inventory, and reporting.

Prior to their work at Appetize, Doug worked at Aramark as an IT Project Lead, where they implemented customer and enterprise systems and managed vendors and project teams. Doug was also involved in reviewing and updating business processes to support new technology solutions.

Doug began their career at J.P. Morgan as a Senior Business Analyst, where they supervised a team and managed product roadmaps for internal and vendor-developed systems. Doug focused on requirements gathering and business process review throughout the software development life cycle.

Doug Kugler holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. The dates of their enrollment and graduation are not specified.
