Kelda Baljon

Kelda Baljon is currently the Director of Design at Tilly Therapy, where she manages a team of 6 designers. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Senior Product Designer and Senior UX Designer at different companies, bringing human-centered design methodologies to various projects. Kelda has a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction + Design from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology, International Studies, and Creative Writing from Northwestern University. Throughout her career, she has focused on building user-centered products and advocating for better user experiences through her design work.
