Leah Carr

Leah Carr has extensive work experience, beginning with their role as an Independent Consultant at Leah Carr Consulting in 2012. Leah then moved on to the Herzig Eye Institute in 2010 as the Director of Operations and Business Development. In 2013, they joined Peerscale as the Director of Growth and Development and Director of Member Relations. In 2016, they joined Coinsquare as the Vice President of Licensing and Wealth. In 2019, they joined BMO Financial Group as the Managing Director of Digital Banking and the Director of Strategy and Planning for Digital Banking. Leah also joined Forum Ventures as an Advisor and Mentor in 2019. In 2018, they joined TechToronto as the Community Director and Host of FintechTO. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of tilr.

Leah Carr is currently attending the University of Alberta, where they are expected to graduate in 2022. Leah previously attended the University of Toronto from 2010 to 2016, the IFSE Institute in 2016, Ryerson University, and the Glendon Campus of York University, where they earned a Bilingual Honors in Political Science and Government.
