Justin Rich

Justin Rich has a diverse work experience in the construction and homebuilding industry. Justin started their career in 2001 as a Project Manager at Front Porch Homes & Construction, where they worked for five years. In 2006, they joined Newmark Homes as an Estimator before transitioning to the role of Senior Buyer, Construction at Texas Medical Center in 2008. After five years, they moved to McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. as a Purchasing Manager in 2013, where they stayed until 2015. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Cost Management at Tilson Homes, a position they have held since October 2015.
