Heather Carlisle

Heather Carlisle currently serves as Senior Counsel at Tilson Infrastructure, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Heather was with Tilson Technology Management from January 2019 to January 2025, where responsibilities included Senior Counsel for Siting and Real Estate, Senior Staff Attorney, and Staff Attorney. Heather's experience also includes a position as Real Estate Manager at Lodestar Energy, and as Site Acquisition Project Manager at EBI Consulting. Earlier roles at Goodman Networks included Senior Site Acquisition Manager, Site Acquisition Manager, and Site Acquisition Specialist. Heather began in the legal field with internships at Boston Land Court, the Boston Police Department, the Environment Department of the City of Boston, and the Office of the Corporation Counsel. Heather holds a Juris Doctor with a focus on Land Use from New England Law | Boston, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ithaca College, and participated in an international law summer program at the University of Galway.
