Christopher Campbell

Christopher Campbell is an experienced telecommunications professional with over two decades in various leadership roles focused on broadband infrastructure and policy. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Tilson Technology Management since April 2015, Christopher provides strategic consultation to state broadband offices, managing projects with over $1 billion in funding. Previously, as Executive Director of the Vermont Telecommunications Authority, Christopher led initiatives to develop and fund broadband and cellular services in underserved areas. A former Director for Telecommunications at the Vermont Department of Public Service, Christopher has extensive expertise in telecommunications policy, consumer advocacy, and IT management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
