Damjana Jurošević

Damjana Jurošević is a Training & Coaching Consultant at TIM Centar since September 2023, bringing diverse experience from previous roles, including Human Resources Associate at ElanWave from May 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included identifying hiring needs and attracting candidates. Prior to that, Damjana worked as a Marketing Specialist at Brave Giant, focusing on digital media marketing, content writing, and board game tutorials. Additional experience includes a short internship at the National Employment Agency, engaging in psychological testing and evaluation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Philosophy.
