Ian Bjӧrn Thurston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and product innovation across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Beverage Innovation for Tim Hortons US since August 2022, Ian is responsible for all stages of beverage product innovation. As President of Noble by Greg Young, a men's grooming brand supporting The Backpack Barber Foundation, Ian combines entrepreneurial spirit with social purpose. Prior roles include Senior Category Manager and Senior Marketing Communication Manager at Symrise AG, where Ian developed strategies and led marketing communications in North America. Ian's career also includes significant positions at Informa, Macy's, Creativo@Work, and Quinto + company, Inc, highlighting expertise in marketing campaigns, client management, and business development. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, International Relations, and Spanish from Boston University, an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, and completed the Senior Executive Training Program in International Business at ESMT Berlin.
