Lani O’Reidy

Lani O'Reidy has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Design+Build Group, starting as an Estimating Manager and later transitioning to the role of Project Manager. In 2014, they joined Timberlake Construction as a Project Manager and eventually rose to the position of Vice President of Preconstruction in 2016.

Lani O'Reidy has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Oklahoma Christian University. Lani also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Interior Design from the same university. In addition, Lani has completed the Integural Leadership Program at Stagen Leadership Academy. Lani has obtained several certifications including Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) from the American Society of Professional Estimators, Procore Certified: Associate from Procore Technologies, and CM-BIM (Certificate of Management- Building Information Modeling) from the Associated General Contractors of America. Lani also holds certifications in NSC CPR, NSC First Aid, and OSHA 30-Hour from the National Safety Council and U.S. Department of Labor, respectively.
