Eric Welch

Eric Welch has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Eric currently serves as SVP, Commercial Lender at Timberland Bank, where they focus on developing strong relationships with clients and prospects. Prior to that, they were the President and Founder of Victory Business Capital, offering a variety of services in commercial lending. Eric has also held positions at Banner Bank as AVP, Commercial Relationship Manager I, Columbia Bank as AVP, Commercial Credit Analyst III and AVP, Branch Manager and Business Lender, and JPMorgan Chase as Branch Manager. Eric started their career at Paxton Access Ltd as National Business Development Manager - USA and at Lexmark as District Supervisor Pacific Northwest in the Consumer Printer Division.

Eric Welch obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of San Francisco, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended the University of Tennessee at Martin for three years from 1996 to 1999, although their degree field is undeclared. In 2015, Eric earned a Certificate in Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association. Eric also received a Certificate from the Risk Management Association's RMA Lending Academy, although no specific dates were provided for this program. Recently, from 2018 to 2019, Eric completed the Omega Performance Commercial Credit Program, a formal one-year Credit Training Program through Columbia Bank, for which they received a Certificate.
