Michael Dopira has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Chief Data Scientist at Time Doctor, Owner and CEO at Data Tracer, Associate Consultant and Business Analyst at Bain & Company, Impact evaluation specialist at IREX/Global Libraries Ukraine, and Media Analyst at Initiative.

Michael Dopira completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology at Nacional'nij Universitet 'Kievo-Mogiljans'ka Akademija' in 2010. Michael (Mykhailo) then pursued Masters degrees in Economics, completing one at the University of Houston in 2010 and another at Kyiv School Of Economics during the same period.
