Erika Tania Dessyandra

Erika Tania Dessyandra has a diverse work experience in various industries. Erika Tania started their career at the Indonesian Cheerleading Community, where they served as the Captain of the ICC High School All Star team. In 2012, they joined Maroonation by Humas 2011 as the Head of Event Division, organizing a bonding event for Public Relations students. Erika Tania also became a Member of Internal and External Communications at POSH Fashion Community during the same year.

In 2013, Erika joined the delegation of UNPAD for the Harvard National Model United Nations as a participant in the DISEC Committee, representing Ethiopia. Erika Tania also served as the Deputy Head of Research and Development Division at Hima Humas Fikom Unpad, where they conducted research, organized focus group discussions, and evaluated work programs.

From 2014 to 2019, Erika gained experience in the media and publishing industry. Erika Tania worked as a Public Relations Intern at MediaWave Interactive, where they conceptualized and produced company profiles. At ELLE Indonesia, they started as a Fashion Intern before progressing to become an Associate Fashion Writer, Associate Fashion Editor, and eventually the Editorial & Production Lead at Time International.

Throughout their career, Erika has demonstrated skills in editorial work, writing, fashion styling, event organization, and research. Erika Tania has also shown leadership and communication abilities in various roles.

Erika Tania Dessyandra's education history begins with their attendance at SD 1 Bani Saleh Bekasi from 2001 to 2002, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. From 2002 to 2006, they attended SDN 1 Kendari, focusing their studies on Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (Social Sciences). Moving on to their high school education, Erika attended SMPN 1 Bekasi from 2006 to 2008 and SMAN 2 Bekasi from 2008 to 2011. Erika Tania did not indicate a specific field of study during their time at these schools. Lastly, from 2011 to 2016, Erika completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations at Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad).
