Farah Tan

Farah Tan's work experience begins in 2007 as a Tester at Quantum Edukasindo Paradigma, where they administered and scored psychological tests. Farah then worked at PT Asuransi Sinar Mas as the Recruitment & Development Section Head and later as an ODP in the Human Capital Division. From 2014 to 2017, Farah served as a Recruitment Supervisor at PT. Gilang Agung Persada, a retail fashion company. Farah then worked at PT. Summarecon Agung, Tbk. as the Corporate Recruitment & Hiring Section Head from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Farah is the People Operations Manager (HRBP) at Time International, a company that holds exclusive retailing rights for prestigious brands.

Farah Tan holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Industry & Organization from Bunda Mulia University. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including "Tech Recruiting Foundations: 8 Recruiting DevOps," "Employee Engagement," "Integrating Performance Management into the Hiring Process," "Managing Generation Z," and "Developing Self-Awareness."
