Rafrine Amyuliani has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Rafrine began their career as an Intern at Telkom Indonesia in 2011, followed by a Summer Internship at Abbott in 2012. In 2015, they joined PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, where they worked in New Product Development for 11 months. In 2016, they served as a CSR Officer at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya for three months.
Following their time at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, Rafrine joined Time International in 2018 as part of their Retail Leadership Development Program. From October 2018 to June 2019, they worked as a Management Trainee in this program. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Business Process Analyst from July 2019 to April 2022. Rafrine then assumed the position of Deputy Manager of Business Process & Analytics in April 2022, a role they currently hold.
Overall, Rafrine's experiences have provided their with a strong foundation in business process analysis and development, as well as exposure to various industries, including retail, education, and FMCG.
Rafrine Amyuliani completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Innovation with a concentration in Strategic Marketing & Operations from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Telkom. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Environmental, Health, and Safety Certifications (Ahli K3 Umum) from Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia in October 2021, The 7 Habits for Managers from FranklinCovey in March 2019, and Indonesia Certified Professional Marketer from MARKPLUS, INC. in December 2012.
