The Objective:

In this role, you will expertly administer, maintain, and develop BMC Helix IT Service Management Software, optimizing IT service operations and enhancing overall efficiency.

The Requirements

• At least four (4) years of experience administering, maintaining, and developing BMC Helix IT Service Management Software.• Plan, direct or coordinate activities for information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming.• Favorable Public Trust background investigation.

Additional Requirements

• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.• Other Duties as Assigned, may change at any time.
