Sam Storey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Customer Service Assistant at Moto Hospitality from May 2015 to June 2016. In 2016, they took on volunteer roles at West Berkshire Council as a Volunteer Music Assistant and at The National Autistic Society. They also volunteered as a Volunteer Assistant at Sport in Mind from October 2016 to January 2022.

In 2017, Sam joined YoungMinds as a Youth Activist and continued in that role until January 2022. They also took on the role of Peer Trainer at Recovery in Mind in August 2017. In 2018, they became a Youth Advisor at YoungMinds until March 2019.

In 2019, Sam worked as a Workshop Facilitator at London Football Journeys from November 2019 to March 2020. They also worked as a Sound Designer & Sound Operator at Corn Exchange Newbury & 101 Outdoor Arts Creation Space from January 2019 to April 2019.

In 2022, Sam joined Sky as a Trainee Sound Operator from July 2022 to August 2022. Currently, they are working at Timeline Television as a Graduate Sound Engineer, starting in November 2022.

Sam Storey has a diverse education history. In 2014, they attended Solent University and pursued a degree in Sport Journalism, completing it in 2015. They then enrolled in Middlesex University and Point Blank Music School in 2017, with a focus on Music Production & Sound Engineering. This program lasted until 2020. Finally, in 2022, Sam attended the National Film & Television School, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Sound For Television.
