Chief Product Officer at TimelyCare

Brian Cummins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2001, Brian worked at IBM Global Services - SurfAid Analytics as a Technical Consultant, where they developed and participated in SurfAid's first 24/7 coverage model and reduced implementation time for new clients. Brian then transitioned to an Account Manager role, maintaining strong client relationships and achieving 100% client retention. Later, they became a Solution Sales Manager, selling IBM's web analytics solution, SurfAid Analytics, on a global scale.

In 2006, Brian joined Coremetrics (Web Analytics), initially as a Product Manager and later took on the role of District Sales Manager. Brian successfully managed and sold niche solutions for scholarly publishers, exceeding quotas and achieving President's Club.

Brian then moved to Collective (The Audience Engine) in 2009, where they became the Director of Product Management. Brian designed a private exchange solution that significantly improved the monetization of display and video inventory, contributing to a substantial increase in revenue. Brian later advanced to the position of Vice President, Product Management, leading big data/machine learning-based ad tech solutions utilized by major advertisers and publishers.

In 2014, Brian became the Founding Product Leader at Splice (iOS app), where they reinvented the popular video editing app and developed a successful product roadmap based on user feedback, data analysis, and competitive analysis.

From 2015 to 2017, Brian served as the Vice President of Product Management at Umbel, providing secure and flexible Customer Data Platform solutions to well-known Sports, Media, and Entertainment brands.

Brian then joined athenahealth in 2017 as the Director of Product Management, integrating their Population Health platform with their EMR and successfully migrating their product to Microsoft Azure while achieving SOC 2 Type II compliance.

In 2020, Brian joined Bright Health as the Senior Vice President of Product Management, responsible for delivering the "Panorama" platform that unified consumer data across the BHG portfolio and drove significant cost savings through the elimination of third-party vendors. Brian later became the Vice President of Product Management, growing BHG's Product team and establishing processes for goal communication and roadmap alignment.

Currently, Brian is the Chief Product Officer at TimelyCare, a position they have held since May 2023.

Brian Cummins attended Texas A&M University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. Brian has no additional certifications.
