Jeffrey A Czebotar, LPC, SAC (WI), LCPC (ILL)

Jeffrey A Czebotar has extensive experience in the field of mental health and counseling. Jeffrey A started their career as a Head Boys Track and Field Coach for the Deerfield School District from 1999 to 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as an Assistant Program Leader at the Dane County Neighborhood Intervention Program. Jeffrey A then transitioned to Orion Family Services, where they served as a Treatment Coordinator from 2002 to 2003.

In 2003, Czebotar joined Tellurian, Inc as an Individual and Family Therapist for the Adolescent Day Treatment Program until 2009. During the same period, from 2007 to 2009, they also worked as an Individual and Family Therapist and Substance Abuse Counselor at Journey Counseling, LLC.

Starting in 2009, Czebotar joined Journey Mental Health Center as a Psychotherapist and Addictions Specialist until 2015. Simultaneously, they worked as an Individual and Family Therapist and Substance Abuse Counselor at Eclipse Counseling, LLC from 2009 to 2017.

In 2015, Czebotar joined UW Health as a Behavioral Health Therapist until 2017 when they transitioned to the role of Improvement Advisor. Jeffrey A is currently a Licensed Mental Health Provider at TimelyMD since 2022. Additionally, they have recently taken on the role of Assistant Girls Basketball Coach and Sport Psychology Consultant at McFarland High School.

Throughout their career, Czebotar has gained extensive experience in various aspects of mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, and working with adolescents.

Jeffrey A Czebotar, LPC, SAC (WI), LCPC (ILL) obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Jeffrey A later pursued a Master's Degree in Counselor Education, specializing in that field, at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, from 1999 to 2002.
