Rich Reynolds is an experienced professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at TimelyCare. Previously, Rich held multiple leadership roles at edX, including Vice President of Global Customer Success and Vice President of Sales for North America and LATAM. Rich also worked at 2U as Vice President of Enterprise Customer Success and held the position of Director of Customer Success at ModMed. Earlier in Rich's career, experience included serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Campus Management Corp.
