André Dexter Bereza Júnior

André Dexter Bereza Júnior, currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Neon since August 2022, leads teams in the Product Engineering department with a focus on enhancing user experiences related to login, onboarding, MEI services, and the mobile app. Previously held positions include Senior Engineering Manager at Neon, where responsibilities encompassed the CashIn and Core Banking tribes, and roles at Kavak.com as Engineering Manager, Zak as Senior Engineering Manager, PicPay as Tech Manager, and iFood as Information Security Coordinator.
