Benjamin Danard

Benjamin Danard's work experience includes a role as a Product Engineer at Times Microwave Systems, starting in February 2012. During this time, they spearheaded process improvement initiatives and automated data collection and reporting, saving over 28 hours per month. Benjamin also modernized technical document writing, reducing errors by 23% and increasing productivity by 37%.

Before that, Benjamin worked as an Intern at TRUMPF North America from June 2011 to July 2011. In this role, they created a project proposal, presented it to fellow engineers, and designed and built an experimental test fixture. Benjamin also conducted research and sourced parts.

Prior to their intern role, Benjamin was an Office Assistant at Naugatuck Valley Community College from July 2008 to September 2008. In this position, they maintained the divisional filing system, answered phones, greeted visitors, students, and faculty, and assisted the divisional secretary with student advising.

Benjamin Danard holds a variety of degrees in the field of engineering technology. Benjamin obtained an Associates of Science degree in Engineering Technology - Mechanical from Naugatuck Valley Community College from 2006 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology - Mechanical from Central Connecticut State University, completing it from 2009 to 2011. Benjamin continued their education at the same institution, obtaining a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they further enhanced their qualifications by completing a Six Sigma Black Belt program at the Central Connecticut State University School of Business.
