Richard Carter has extensive experience in social media management and freelance writing, currently serving as a Social Media professional at Hotter'N Hell Hundred since February 2016 and as a Freelance Features Writer and Photographer for Times Record News since November 1998. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, English, and Economics, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and History, both obtained from Midwestern State University.
