Jose Sahad

José Sahad Amenta is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Timescale since April 2022, José has previously held key positions including Engineering Manager at UP42, Chief Product and Technology Officer at redbee studios, and Director of Engineering at Medallia. Additional experience includes roles as Engineering Manager and Lead Software Engineer at MuleSoft, and a Java Developer role at Globant. José began a career in software engineering as a Software Engineer at Gasnor S.A. and progressed to Software Project Manager at UNSTA. José holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Universidad del Norte 'Santo Tomás de Aquino' and a BSc in Software Engineering from the same institution.
