Maria Mastocciolo

Maria Mastocciolo has a work experience spanning from 2010 to the present day. Maria started their career at Praxair in 2010 as a Sr Global HRIS Analyst, where their responsibilities included implementing the SumTotal HR Talent system globally and managing technology initiatives to improve HR services. In 2015, they joined Timex Group as a Sr HR/HRIS Manager, where they managed the design and implementation of the Workday System and resolved issues and defects. Maria later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Director at Timex Group, where they managed global compensation and performance processes, collaborated with the CFO on global incentive programs, and handled executive compensation. Currently, they hold the role of HR Director, People and Operations at Timex Group.

Maria Mastocciolo attended Berkeley College where they studied Business Management from an unknown start year until 1999.
