Florian Dietrich has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Florian began their career as a Tischlergeselle at Tischlerei B.Stöhr in 2004, followed by a role as a Monteur at Mömax Deutschland in 2011. In 2013, they took a Berufliche Auszeit, and in 2014 they worked as a Laminierer in der Luftfahrt at GKN Aerospace. Florian took another Berufliche Auszeit in 2015, and also worked as a Mitarbeiter im IT-Support at CSL Hotline GbR during that same year. In 2016, they took another Berufliche Auszeit, and in 2017 they began working as a Customer Success Manager at TIMIFY.
