Chiel Lukassen has a diverse work experience starting in 2016 as a Telephone Sales representative at Agrio B.V. In 2017, they joined Vink Kunststoffen BV as an Account Manager, where they worked until 2020, building relationships and handling internal sales. In 2020, Chiel took on the role of Account Manager and International Sales at Organic Flavour Company before transitioning to Timing in 2021. At Timing, they initially worked as a Recruitment Consultant, then moved on to become a Sales Representative, and is currently working as a Sales Executive.

Chiel Lukassen's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce in Sales & Marketing. Chiel completed this degree in 2016.

During their time at HAN, Chiel also attended the University of Hull in 2015-2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree. However, the field of study for this degree is unspecified.

In 2021, Chiel embarked on a new educational journey and enrolled at Open Universiteit. Chiel is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which they are expected to complete in 2024.

Alongside their formal education, Chiel has obtained additional certifications. In July 2021, they obtained the VIL-VCU certification from PNBA, which signifies their competence in workplace safety for intercedents and managers. Furthermore, in July 2022, Chiel obtained the SEU-diploma Uitzendprofessional from SEU - Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche, demonstrating their expertise in the field of recruitment and temporary staffing.
