Justin Ellen has a varied work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Justin started their career in 2014 as a Promotiemedewerker at New Generation Jongerenfeesten, where they were responsible for flyering for parties. In 2017, they worked as an AGF at PLUS Meeuw.

In 2018, Justin founded Just School It, a startup where they developed and sold personalized school packages. Justin continued this role until 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Stagiair marketing en sales at JD Customs, where they served as the main point of contact for potential and existing customers and also managed the email and phone system.

In 2021, they interned as a Stagiair Sales at Absolute Motors BV, focusing on marketing Urban Automotive in Europe with the Urban Defender design package.

In 2022, Justin became a Sales Executive at Timing, responsible for generating new business at large accounts.

Lastly, in 2020, they founded The Green Plant, where they developed closed ecosystems in pots or vases that required no maintenance, making them ideal for individuals without green thumbs or those who didn't want to care for plants.

Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in bedrijfshulperverlening from FirstCARE in January 2019 and a Propedeuse in Small business & retail management from Hogeschool Rotterdam in November 2018.
