Richard Sanchez

Richard Sanchez has a diverse work experience in operational management and leadership roles. Richard started their career at Manpower Nederland, where they worked as a Branch Manager for small and medium-sized businesses, an Area Manager with a focus on sales and specialties, and later an Area Manager dedicated to sales and marketing strategies. Richard then joined Personato, initially working as an Operations Manager specializing in engineering and procurement, before becoming the Director of Flex Professionals. Most recently, they held various positions at Timing, including Director of New Business MKB, Area Director SMB, and (Interim) Operational Business Manager. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and motivate teams, drive business opportunities, and provide operational leadership for different branches and regions.

Richard Sanchez has a diverse education history. In 1996, they started their studies in Mechanical Engineering at Den Hulster, which they completed in 2000. Following that, from 2000 to 2004, they attended the University of Eindhoven, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Management.

In 2002, while still at the University of Eindhoven, Richard pursued an additional Bachelor's degree in Transport/Management, which they completed in 2004. Later, in 2013, they attended Sales Performance International (SPI) and completed a program in Solution Selling.

In 2015, Richard enrolled in Koninklijke PBNA opleidingen and pursued VIL/VCU studies. These studies lasted for a year, ending in the same year they started. Additionally, Richard has obtained several certifications throughout their career.

In 2017, they completed a program in Verandermanagement voor managers at Plan B - Voor de verandering. Then, in 2021, Richard attended Collegereeks Excellent Leiderschap at Nyenrode Business University. Richard also received certifications in Company emergency response from the IVM Instituut voor Veiligheid & Milieu, with two different completion dates in 2022.

Most recently, in 2022, Richard obtained the Baak Leiderschap Programma certification from de Baak and the Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the ERC European Resuscitation Council.
