Kimberly Roeser, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kimberly began their career at Commerce Construction Corporation in 2014 as a Civil Engineering Intern. In 2015, they worked as a Historic Preservation Intern at J&M Preservation Studio. From 2012 to 2016, Kimberly worked at the UVA Special Collections Library Digitization Services as a Digital Productions Student Assistant.
In 2016, Kimberly joined Kimley-Horn as a Civil Engineering Analyst where they utilized their skills in civil engineering. In 2019, they transitioned to Timmons Group and took on the role of Project Engineer II. Over time, they advanced to Project Engineer III and finally to Senior Project Engineer.

Kimberly Roeser, P.E. completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Virginia from 2012 to 2016. Kimberly attended Kingsway Regional High School from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Kimberly has obtained additional certifications. In 2016, they earned the title of Engineer in Training (EIT) from NCEES. Most recently, in June 2021, they obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
