Senior Solutions Engineer at Tines

Stephen Creedon's work experience begins in 1997 when they worked as a Conversion Technician 2 at QC Data, primarily digitizing maps of electrical networks and providing training to staff members. In 2000, they joined Assurant as a Senior Claims Specialist, managing contact between the Cork office and major US and UK clients for claims inquiries, compiling reports on employee productivity, and prioritizing and delegating aging claims. In 2011, they transitioned into the role of Customer Experience Developer at Assurant, offering soft service support to customers, providing technical resolutions over the phone, and tracking claims volumes using Excel macros. Stephen then moved on to work at Newsweaver in 2012 as a Customer Support Specialist, assisting in the management of Newsweaver's participation in EU funded projects and strategizing with the Project Management Office for dissemination activities. In 2015, Stephen joined N-able as a Sales Engineer, where they provided pre-sales support, managed pilot prospect evaluations, and delivered product training to partners and support staff. Stephen held the role of Senior Sales Engineer at N-able until 2022 when they joined Tines as a Sales Engineer.

Stephen Creedon's education history includes obtaining a Higher National Diploma in Cloud Computing from Munster Technological University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IT Support from the same university from 2010 to 2012. Before their bachelor's degree, Stephen acquired a Higher Certificate in Science and Computing from Munster Technological University between 2007 and 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Stephen Creedon has obtained various certifications. Stephen became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in July 2021 and an AWS Academy Graduate for AWS Academy Cloud Foundations in March 2021. Furthermore, they achieved an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification in March 2022.

Stephen Creedon has also earned several certifications related to network security and analysis. Stephen completed the "CYBR8002: Secure Network Services" course from Canvas Credentials (Badgr) in July 2023, earning multiple certifications for it. Additionally, Stephen obtained a certification in "CYBR8004: Log Files and Event Analysis" from Canvas Credentials (Badgr) in July 2023. Stephen also completed the "Tines Core" certification offered by Tines in January 2023.
