Daniele Collavini

Daniele Collavini has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daniele started their career at SIA S.p.A. in 2014 as a Product Manager. Daniele then moved on to Korn Ferry in 2015, where they worked as an Associate until 2018. Daniele joined key2people in 2018, initially as a Senior Recruiter in the Industrial Practice and later as a Consultant. In 2020, they joined Heidrick & Struggles as a Senior Associate in the Global Technology Services & Industrial Practice. Currently, Daniele is working at TINEXTA S.P.A. as the Head of Talent Acquisition, where they oversee recruitment efforts for the Tinexta Group.

Daniele Collavini completed their education at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Daniele obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics and Business Administration in 2012, with a focus on Marketing and Business Communication. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business Administration, specializing in General Management, which they completed in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Daniele Collavini also holds a certification in IELTS from the British Council.
