Nataliya Remez 🇺🇦 has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nataliya is currently the Director of Engineering, Engineering Foundations at Tink. Prior to that, they worked at PayPal as the Director of Platform Engineering and as a Senior Manager in Platform Engineering. Nataliya also has experience at iZettle as a Tech Manager and Agile Coach, at Diabol AB as a Consultant, at Centra as an Engineering Manager, at GlobalLogic as a Project Manager, at Vaimo as a Project Manager / Agile Product Owner, at Sixt rent a car as a Senior Software Developer / Scrum Master, at EPAM Systems as a Senior Software Developer / Scrum Master, and at Ciklum as a Web Developer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in various areas such as engineering management, agile methodologies, and software development.

Nataliya Remez completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Donetsk State Institute of Artificial Intelligence, spanning from 2002 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2016 and 2020, respectively.
