Ann Green has a wide range of experience in communications, sustainability, and marketing. Ann began their career in 2010 as an Exhibit Designer and Library Associate for The Texas Collection. In 2012, they became a Science Communications Student Consultant and Communications Assistant at Chatham University. In 2014, they were a Marketing Coordinator and Events Assistant at Chatham University, where they created and promoted four sustainability-themed summer workshops. In 2015, they were a PR and Marketing Specialist and Content Marketing and Design + Market Research Assistant at Idea Foundry, a startup accelerator. Ann also worked as a Freelance Writer and Content Developer at UpTo Know Good, LLC, and a Special Project Coordinator at Shift Collaborative LLC. In 2018, they became a Tinkergarten Supporter, promoting a nationally-run, nature-based children's program. Currently, Ann is the Sole Proprietor of AC Green Design, where they design communications content pieces about sustainability in business, lifestyles, and the environment.

Ann Green's education history includes a Master's Degree in Sustainability from Chatham University, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism - PR, Studio Art, Museum Studies, and Music from Baylor University between 2006 and 2011. During their time at Baylor, they also completed a study abroad program at Maastricht University, where they studied Travel Writing, Art History, Modern Literature, and completed a PR internship. Ann completed their high school education at Caddo Parish Magnet High School between 2002 and 2006. Additionally, they hold a certification in First Aid and CPR from the American Red Cross.
