The Tinkergarten and Leader Team at Tinkergarten is composed of various leaders who guide and facilitate play-based outdoor learning experiences for children. This team plans, organizes, and leads classes in local parks and outdoor spaces, ensuring each session is educational and engaging for both kids and their families. They also support and mentor new leaders, foster community engagement, and liaise with local parks to optimize class locations and logistics.
