Kimberly Greene-DeLanghe has a diverse work experience in various roles within different organizations. Kimberly currently works as a Tinkergarten Leader at Tinkergarten since September 2021.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, they worked at Loaves and Fishes MN in multiple roles. Kimberly served as a Farm Program Manager from February 2015 to April 2020. In this role, they managed the farm program and prepared nutritious meals for guests, managed volunteers, and ensured compliance with organizational requirements. Kimberly also worked as a Site Coordinator/Chef from November 2014 to April 2020, where they planned and prepared meals for guests, managed volunteers, and performed administrative duties. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant to the Director of Volunteers & Outreach from October 2018 to April 2019.

In 2014, they worked as a Diversified Vegetable Farm Manager at Raven and Boar Farm for a brief period.

From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Hawthorne Valley Farm in different roles. Kimberly served as a Sauerkraut Cellar Production Crew member from November 2012 to October 2014. In this role, they collaborated with team members, managed time efficiently, and assisted in training volunteers and new team members. Kimberly also worked as a Whole Farm Apprentice from December 2011 to January 2013.

In 2013, they co-founded and co-managed Matt and Kim's Breakfasts at the Co-op Curbside Café at Philmont Market and Cafe Cooperative Inc. Kimberly also served as the Media Coordinator during that time.

Kimberly worked as a Hillsdale Outdoor Park Explorers Garden Educator at the Town of Hillsdale, NY in the summer of 2013.

In 2012, they worked as a vendor at the Green Market Program at Hawthorne Valley Farm.

From 2010 to 2011, they were an Apprentice/Farm Worker at Gale's Meadow Farm.

From 2007 to 2010, they worked as an Educator/Youth Leadership Coordinator at the Youth Farm and Market Project.

In 2009, they worked as an Apprentice/Farm Worker at Blackberry Community Farm for a short period of time.

Kimberly Greene-DeLanghe completed their education at various institutions. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Macalester College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Environmental Studies. In 2008, they participated in a semester abroad program at the School for International Training in Australia, focusing on sustainability and the environment. Before their college years, Kimberly spent a year as a Rotary International Exchange Student at Sejong High School in Seoul, South Korea. Prior to that, they attended Cannon Falls High School from 2002 to 2006.
