Melissa Clough has a wealth of experience in the events and marketing industry. Melissa began their career in 1999 as a Marketing Associate and Assistant Program Manager for VarsityBooks.com. In 2001, they moved to Lindy Promotions as a Special Events Coordinator. Melissa then worked for Food & Friends as a Special Events Manager in 2003. In 2004, they took on the role of Director of Special Events for Dress for Success Worldwide. In 2008, they became a Regional Director for the American Heart Association. From 2009 to 2015, they were self-employed as an Event Consultant. During this time, they also worked for Washington Market School as an Event Coordinator and for Beachbody as an Emerald Coach. In 2015, they joined Tinkergarten as a Leader Scout and a New York City Leader, where they assessed candidates across the country and taught outdoor play-based learning classes to children.
