Marina Kiryakina

Marina Kiryakina has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as an Analyst at KROK until December 2020. In December 2020, they joined Tinkoff as a Product Manager, where they successfully launched a product to improve operational efficiency. In January 2022, Marina became the Lead Product Manager at Tinkoff, where they developed a synergetic strategy for 5 services, resulting in development optimization and increased client value. Marina also led a team of up to 6 product managers and was responsible for team building, goal setting, and 1-to-1 meetings.

Marina Kiryakina earned a bachelor's degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) in 2020. Marina then pursued a master's degree in Business Informatics from the Higher School of Economics from 2020 to 2022.
